1. Ürünlerinizin malzemesi nedir? Neden Stoneware çamuru kullanıyorsunuz?
Lylceramics'teki tüm koleksiyonlarımız (aydınlatmalar, ritüel objeleri ve heykelsi formlar) 1200°C gibi çok yüksek derecelerde fırınlanan yüksek kalite stoneware (taş eşya) çamurundan üretilmektedir. Stoneware, yapısı gereği porselene oldukça yakın, son derece dayanıklı, gözeneksiz ve su sızdırmaz bir malzemedir.
Bu yüksek ısıda pişme özelliği sayesinde günlük darbelere karşı dirençlidir ve seramik yapısı gereği sıcak içeceklerinizin (kahve, çay) ısısını çok daha uzun süre korur. Günlük kullanıma mükemmel uyum sağlarken o ham ve sanatsal dokusunu yıllarca kaybetmez.
1. What material are your products made of? Why do you use Stoneware?
All our collections at Lylceramics (lighting, ritual objects, and sculptural forms) are crafted from high-quality stoneware clay fired at extreme temperatures of 1200°C. By its nature, stoneware is a highly durable, non-porous, and waterproof material with properties very close to porcelain.
Thanks to this high-firing process, it is resistant to daily impact. Furthermore, its unique ceramic structure retains the heat of your hot beverages (coffee, tea) for a much longer time. It perfectly adapts to everyday use while maintaining its raw and artistic texture for years.
2. Ürünler bulaşık makinesinde yıkanabilir mi ve mikrodalgaya uygun mudur?
Evet, Ritual Koleksiyonu'ndaki tüm stoneware ürünlerimiz gıdaya uygun sırlarla hazırlanmış olup bulaşık makinesinde yıkanabilir ve mikrodalga kullanımına uygundur. Ancak el yapımı seramiklerinizin ömrünü uzatmak ve sır dokusunu ilk günkü gibi korumak için bulaşık makinesinde düşük ısı programlarını tercih etmenizi veya elde yıkamanızı öneririz.
* Not: Puro küllüğü gibi içerisinde metal detay/insert barındıran ürünler mikrodalga fırına kesinlikle konulmamalıdır.
2. Are the products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, all stoneware products in our Ritual Collection are prepared with food-safe glazes and are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to extend the life of your handcrafted ceramics and preserve the glaze texture like the first day, we recommend using low-temperature cycles in the dishwasher or hand washing.
* Note: Products containing metal details/inserts, such as cigar ashtrays, should never be placed in the microwave.
3. Satın aldığım ürün, sitedeki fotoğraftakinin birebir aynısı mı olacak?
Tüm ürünlerimiz atölyemizde yalnızca el işçiliğiyle şekillendirilip sırlanmaktadır. Stoneware çamurunun organik doğası ve fırındaki yüksek ısı reaksiyonları nedeniyle; ürünlerin renk tonlarında, sır akışlarında, dokularında ve ebatlarında hafif farklılıklar görülebilir. Bu farklılıklar bir hata değil, markamızın Wabi-sabi felsefesinin merkezinde yer alan el yapımı üretim sürecinin benzersiz ve değerli imzasını taşır.
3. Will the product I purchase be exactly the same as the one in the photo?
All our pieces are exclusively hand-shaped and hand-glazed in our studio. Due to the organic nature of stoneware clay and its reactions to high heat in the kiln, slight variations in color tones, glaze drips, textures, and dimensions may occur. These differences are not flaws; they carry the unique and valuable signature of the handmade production process, which is at the core of our Wabi-sabi philosophy.
4. Standart koleksiyon ürünleri (Ritual & Ambiance) ne zaman kargoya verilir ve kargo ücreti nedir?
Ritual Koleksiyonu (fincanlar, vazolar, küllükler vb.) ile Ambiance serisindeki stoklu ürünlerimiz, siparişiniz onaylandıktan sonra 3–5 iş günü içerisinde kırılmalara karşı özenle paketlenerek kargoya teslim edilir.
Türkiye içi gönderimlerde 1.500 TL ve üzeri tüm siparişlerinizde kargo ücretsizdir. Bu tutarın altındaki siparişler için kargo ücreti ödeme ekranında otomatik olarak hesaplanmaktadır.
4. When are standard collection items (Ritual & Ambiance) shipped, and what is the shipping cost?
Our in-stock items from the Ritual Collection (cups, vases, ashtrays, etc.) and Ambiance series are carefully packaged against breakage and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is confirmed.
For domestic shipments within Türkiye, shipping is free for all orders over 1,500 TL. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout.
5. Aydınlatma grubu ürünlerinin üretim ve kargo süreçleri nasıl ilerlemektedir?
Aydınlatma grubundaki (Lava) tasarımlarımız, el işçiliği üretim, hassas doğal kuruma ve yüksek derece fırınlama süreçleri nedeniyle siparişiniz üzerine atölyemizde özel olarak hazırlanır. Ürün bazlı tahmini hazırlık ve kargo süreçlerimiz aşağıdaki tabloda belirtilmiştir.
5. How do the production and shipping processes work for lighting collection products?
Our lighting collection designs are custom-crafted in our studio upon your order, due to the meticulous handmade production, precise natural drying, and high-temperature firing processes. Our estimated preparation and shipping timelines are detailed in the table below.
